Sterling Analytics' impressive security profile exceeds most Company requirements.
Comprehensive Security Measures
Sterling Analytics employs state-of-the-art security measures including perimeter firewall controls, centralized real-time antivirus/antispyware scanning, and encryption technologies to ensure data security. Industry standard password controls are implemented and our system undergoes regular audits to maintain our SSAE 16 Type II certification.
Sterling Analytics analysts are cleared through a background check, and, as current members of the Bar, have passed through character and fitness reviews required for Bar admission.
Legal Training of Auditors
Sterling Analytics’ analysts are attorneys with extraordinary credentials. Every analyst has prepared for and passed ethics and legal procedure courses directly aimed at reviewing the propriety of legal bills. Sterling Analytics’ Senior Attorneys will be teaching Continuing Legal Education classes in Ethics for Billing Transparency and Compliance with Billing Guidelines once accredited by the New York Bar Association.
Sterling Analytics only employs attorneys in order to maintain attorney-client privilege. This ensures that all documentation received remains confidential and is treated as such.
Sterling Analytics meets industry standard best practices for securing our locations pursuant to SSAE16 Type II guidelines for physical security. Security measures include a swipe card monitoring system, physical locks where necessary, and surveillance cameras with motion detection capabilities.
